Beech Class Week 4 popcorn

This afternoon on our walk down to the Forest School site , we kept our eyes peeled for more signs of Autumn and each chose a leaf that caught our attention. Once at the site, we took a mindful moment to pause with our leaves – breathing onto them, noticing the veins, colours, and sharing what we liked about them. 🌿✨

We then passed our leaves around the circle and threaded them together into a beautiful “leaf kebab”! After that, the children got stuck into all sorts of adventures – making God’s Eyes, smashing conkers to make conker soap, den building, and bug hunting. 🐞🪵🌰

To finish, we gathered around the fire, popped some popcorn, and enjoyed it with a cosy cup of hot chocolate. 🍿☕
